I have my car radio set to 82.5 which is FM Northwave, a Hokkaido-wide station that originates in Hakodate if I remember right. They actually have a fair number of foreign guests on in the mornings, and the standard inane DJ banter in the afternoon that I learned to loathe while in the US. The upside is that they speak VERY clearly, enunciation being so critical to their job, that listening is easy, and good vocab practice. I am not sure if they have a stream, but I will see what I can find.
