To do this do you use TAB to create another field?
You go to Edit->Fields in TwinkEdit and add new fields as you see fit (and use Edit->Field Positions to choose which fields show on which side of a card and in what order; a field can be shown on one, both, or neither side), all this can be done within Twinkle too of course.
