A nice list, it works. It depends on your Palm though -- if this is a local used Japanese model with shift-JIS encoding then you've done it right I think; my Palm is not set up for Japanese and I am using Twinkle fonts, if that is going tobe the case for you you should set encoding to EUC *and* font to "Japanese" in the Edit->Fields menu in Twinkedit.
I've removed duplicates (including some ～い／～く entries) and added some translations (via my handmade excel spreadsheet which does not cover all words, i need to make it use the full updated edict i guess...) -- here is the file, please take a look.
