Typical? Insane? Both?
My co-worker showed me her cell phone statements for the last several months. The cheapest month was $309. She doesn't even use the Internet. It is all from texting and talking. attached to my laptop I pay $20/year for. I had a Softback phone in Japan that was about ￥2,000 per month I mostly used to practice texting kanji but have no need for one back here.
