Sorry, so like you used to have the auxilary verb き (which can be compared to modern た). And the form used to modify nouns (連体形) was し. So your 天に捧げし命 means 天に捧げた命. It's one of those classical grammar things that occasionally pops up in regular Japanese (esp. songs and such).
I didn't understand the other ones, but it's good to know this. It was pretty clear this song is more poetic than normal, so I'm not surprised to see something like that... it's just much harder to look this sort of stuff up. I'll try reading it again to see if I can understand the other forms explained there or maybe look elsewhere for a more information on classic Japanese.
I feel these explanations are too wordy sometimes, which only makes things more complicated in my case. All it really takes is a few good examples and a concise definition to get the point across, so that's the kind of explanation I tend to read when the ones in English aren't good enough.

By the way, any thoughts on the 重ね合えない現実 part?
