Use subs2srs to Create Anki Decks Based on Your Favorite Movie or Show

I don't know why, but I've never gotten this program to work properly for me. Whenever I follow the guide to import a subs2srs deck, I always end up with just 1 card and nothing more. What am i doing wrong?
