Yeah, you can run more steps if you want to. I think I run something like '5 20 20 20' because I run with 10 minute time-boxes, so I don't actually intend to study the card every 20 minutes but rather push it out until whenever I get back to Anki, which might be a few hours later or might be the next day. (If I keep hitting 'continue' of course, it will show up every 20 minutes but I don't usually do that.)
