If you're serious about streaming TV, you should consider shelling out for a set-top IPTV option, or a PC/Android-based subscription service like JPHD. There's only so much you're going to be able to get for free, and those options usually disappear as rapidly as they appear (R.I.P Niji, TVApp.so, and pretty much every single option mentioned in this old thread: http://forum.koohii.com/thread-5533.html).

The various services offered by JapanNetTV currently appear to be cream of the crop. I've been using JPHD for the PC now for several months with only a few issues.
If you have cable in the United States, you can go the legal route and shell out for TV Japan, but I find that as interesting as watching paint dry on the walls of a church on Sunday morning.
