I have cross referenced all the hanzi in Taiwan grades 1-8 set with those in RTH1&2, and removed duplicates. This leaves 569 characters and 18 variant forms that aren't in RTH.
I've made a spread sheet of these, and assigned them unique keywords, for my own personal use. However, if these would be of use to anyone else, then feel free to download it from the link below:

Hanzi, keyword, pinyin*, component Heisig primitives, definition*.
*Pinyin and definition were taken unaltered from the anki file 'Taiwan All Grades (with animated stroke order)'.
