Edit: Finally got this to work, why in the 驢馬 would I only want to search in decks containing "Japanese"?
If I include my 漢検 decks (which I realize is a bit of border line/silly, but they are vocab/sentence cards, are they not?):

4522 total unique kanji.
Old jouyou: 1912 of 1940 (98.6%).
New jouyou: 183 of 196 (93.4%).
Jinmeiyou (regular): 474 of 641 (73.9%).
Jinmeiyou (variant): 19 of 145 (13.1%).
1934 non-jouyou kanji.
Jouyou levels:

Grade 1: 80 of 80 (100.0%).
Grade 2: 159 of 160 (99.4%).
Grade 3: 200 of 200 (100.0%).
Grade 4: 198 of 200 (99.0%).
Grade 5: 183 of 185 (98.9%).
Grade 6: 179 of 181 (98.9%).
JuniorHS: 913 of 934 (97.8%).
