Hotcast is probably the easiest conversational podcast to get into. I'd also recommend ねえねえきいて, whose proprietor just restarted blogging after a months long hiatus. I'm also a fan of Your Smile Town and TBS たまむすび.
If you like news, NHK ジャーナル will give you an hour of listening practice every weekday, excluding Japanese holidays.
