I also have an older v2.0 copy, where the ordering is just the frequency order. I guess the original deck was sorted in a way that these two aren't.
Anyway, sorry for the confusion. i simply suspended all cards and have been unsuspending them one by one as i see fit, which works fine for me, so the ordering isn't an issue.
