"The First Japanese Textbook for Foreigners in English" Book

Hello, I´d like to know if someone of you have used this book, I´m not planning buying that book or so, I´m still finishing RTK1 and after that I´ll use Genki, and later, Tobira.
But I just would like to know what do you think about that book 外国人のための英語でわかるはじめての日本語 if have you ever used it?
