"To know the joy of being a person (of being human)" is the most you can say without more context I think.
If it was a straight up statement ("I know...") then it would be ~知っている。

edit: could be "[I] learn/realize the joy of being human" as it is though.

なき is the 連体形 so it would modify a noun.
濁りなき瞳 = unclouded eyes, etc.

The way(=様) [it] sways and makes a sound somehow reminds me of you (lit. is somehow like you).
This 様 is さま (n. manner, appearance, etc) btw in case you mistook it for 様(よう)
