Is the deck contained in another deck? It sounds like it since the number of new cards you get is not constant. The limit of new cards applies to the deck and its subdecks. If you have the below structure for your decks (all have limit of 20 new cards/day), and you learn 16 new cards from Japanese::Genki2, then you can only learn 4 new cards from Japanese::RTK.

Yeap, mine looks like this ;
- Core 2k/6k/10k Optimized
- Core 0 - 10k
Core 06k
Core 10k-6k

Any idea how to fix this? I usually just click on the main deck title.
