I disagree with the ratings for Yotsubato and One Piece. I have a volume of both, and as a beginner in Japanese, I can tell you, One Piece is impossible to read for me at this level, partly because of the slang, more obscure vocabulary and general all around difficulty.
Yotsubato is the only manga I can read without reaching for a dictionary every two seconds, not because I can understand everything but because of the more everyday vocabulary and the easy to follow stories.
I suggest moving Yotsubato from ** to * and moving One Piece from ** to ***
