JGlossator - Interactive Tool for Creating Glosses from Japanese Text

Thanks. It appears that Epwing2Anki takes a word list as input. I'm looking for a program that will generate the word list itself, i.e., parse out each word from sentences/paragraphs. Maybe MeCab is my best bet, but I was looking for something a little more high-level.
