I'm using Windows 7 64 bits. As for the steps, well I'm just using the software in my daily studies, copying words from the web, anki and while using agth.
But if I close it, then when I start it again, that's when it happens. So i've put the downloaded .rar on the desktop so when I try opening it and it stays invisible, i delete the folder, extract it again, open it and it works. Til next time.
It's not that much of a deal as it takes me a few seconds to do so but the first time it happened I was quite annoyed as I had copied all the jdic audio for nothing. Not really necessary anyway, the audio look-up is fast enough.
