Warning on AnkiMobile 2!!!!!!

#1
I just updated to ankimobile ver. 2.0 yesterday and I've regretted it ever since. It's way more complicated for no reason at all, it limits you to do only a 100 cards per day, doesn't allow you to review early, and takes ridiculously long to sync the decks to the web. I don't understand why they would put a limit on your learning process. It just doesn't make sense to me. I don't feel a learning program should restrain your learning process and just leave you stagnant and have nothing to do for the rest of the day. What if I'm going on vacation for a few days and want to go ahead so I don't have to worry about it? Then what? I HAVE to do Anki on my vacation? That's ridiculous! Another thing that pisses me off is the amount of time it takes to sync. Before. I could just press "Sync" when I'm done and it would literally take like 5-7 seconds and "TING" it'd bedone. Now, it takes like 5-7 MINUTES just to sync 3 decks. WHY?!!! Luckily, I had a mobile device yhat I didn't do the Anki update on. So, I just deleted the horrible update on the device that I updated andcopied the good Anki 1.8 onto it from the other device that had it. THANK GOD I didn't update Anki for both devices!! Anyway, this is just MY take on the update. Maybe other people find it better, but I personally, strongly dislike it and don't advise you to update unless they fix the problems I've listed. The old version is simple, quick, and easy and I now realize how great it is. All in all, I strongly suggest that if you use Anki, DON'T update!! I think there is a good chace that you'll regret it. I know I did.
