Perfectly reasonable, but Japan doesn't have the same labor markets as the US. If you want to work in Japan in the IT field, you should expect less pay. We can call it the otaku tax.

Tokyo is by far the better school but Waseda offers more undergraduate programs in English. I think it depends on what you want to study over here.
