Well, last night after I finished studying I kind of sat there and relaxed to some music then went to sleep. Got all my "new" kanji correct this morning :D

This may or may not be a coincidence, but while listening to an alpha-10Hz binaural beat sequence I just "learned" 40 kanji in about 10 minutes. It was also very relaxing :)
