Also speaking of apps for reading, iBunkoはオススメ. I tested a bunch of Aozora Bunko format readers a while ago and that one was the best. Comes preloaded with a ton of books too.

iComic is also originally by a Japanese developer, so it has a Japanese interface. I used to like reading manga on it a lot before I got access to free booklet printing at my Uni. :)
