I always thought it was obvious. After the tests are done they immediately start a bar crawl, and the tests only get put into the machines once the hangovers subside.

They just bumped it up to 8.8. Also, predicting 10 meter waves hitting the coast at the worst point. That's the same size as the ones that hit Indonesia in 2004.
