I would definitely consider doing the movie/town method. Maybe not just limit yourslef to movies or towns or what not... but regardless... being able to know the onyomi of just about any kanji you se...

I don't jog too fast... maybe 7mph? Its definately slower to do the reviews while running but since i run for about an hour or two, even if i do the cards slowly I can get through a crap load of them...

I'm a big fan of multi tasking. So when I go out jogging, I load up anki on my ipod and blast through my reviews. It makes them much more bearable since I'm not just sitting in front of the computer...
