それでこそ私の兄だ! I don't think I've ever really heard of or at least recognized それでこそ before, is it basically the same thing as using さすが in this sentence?

As far as I know the core2k/6k decks are from KO2001 and are unrelated to the "core" Japanese courses from iKnow! that go to 6,000, right? Then again I'm sure a lot or most of the content is from KO20...
