The legal way is to buy it from the publisher though I think it only comes in CD.

Is there an English website where one can buy the EPIWING version of the Kenkuysha E-to-J dictionary?
I'd like to get it legit if I can.

They're not EPWING, but if you have a smartphone there are apps of it for both Android and iOS, last I checked. They aren't really cheap though..

I purchased some EPWING dictionaries from this Australian based in Japan. He seems to be quite serious about legal issues and he even answered some technical issues. He has some free dictionaries and good tips on his site also. I am not affiliated with him-just a satisfied customer.
I always wanted the EPWING dictionaries to display furigana (vs bracketed readings which follow kanji); if anyone has some ideas, please let me know.
