I have two suggestions (but you really don't have to take them because it seems like you have a good plan already.)

1. Try to do some fun stuff as well. A lot of your activities seem really boring. Anime, manga, dramas, chaberi, whatever. I'm sure you can find some stuff that's more interesting.

2. Maybe go through Core6k/10k if you haven't done it already. Or you could go through the old 一級・二級 word lists. (Although, you might be already getting enough vocab practice just SRS'ing the questions from your books). I really think that vocab is the key to passing N1. If you know enough vocab, then you can make good guesses at the questions (even if you don't completely understand them) and usually get enough right to pass.

3. Oh yeah, I just remembered a third suggestion. This is pretty obvious, but you didn't already have it listed.

Take an old 一級 test and see what your scores are. You only really need to study for those areas where you are lacking. For instance, if you get like 100% on Kanji and 読解 but only 30% on 聴解, then you probably don't have to study for the Kanji and 読解 portions. Spend all your time studying for the listening. If your goal is just to pass the test, then don't waste time studying things you don't need.

Keep in mind that the old JLPT tests were said to get more and more difficult each year, so I would suggest taking the tests from 2009 (since they are supposed to be the hardest) right now in order to see how you fair. I would suggest not even studying the sections that you were able to pass.

Thank you for the advice, yeah... fun stuff is something I definitely will look into. Thank you for your advice and links! Im going to take the old exams this week and focus on the questions that I have missed.

Btw, chaberi.com was very interesting! Thanks, I added it to my bookmarks. Now I just need to keep a steady pace!

Regards.

Also, to the other question; Yes. Core10k is on the Anki Shared Decks and I think it is in there, ankisrs.net/
