Hello everyone I think this a continued part into solving my rush without reviewing thread .And actually I want to talk about reviewing more with less stress.

Before using anki I had my cards only in an Excel sheet. So there was no scheduling all I was trying to do was to go up and down on the file untill feeling bored and stop, and of course Anki solved the problem in a very neat manner tough.

But there is a problem when I'm going into a list File or Anki browser I just go through the stuff without thinking how much cards are lefts?wich card i'm on now?or should I push hard/easy/very easy button.

If we take one Second for each of my Doubts let's say the difference woulb be 5 TO 10 seconds of difference +10s for each card when you are doing 100 or 200 is worth saving.

So when it comes to huge amount of cards let's say 100 cards and give the statement a card can be reviewed under 10 seconds :

Going through the browser let's say in 10 minutes will give you around 50/60 reviewed card (if they are well known) but for me when it comes to just using the Anki plateform under 10 minutes it seems for every card I have to loose 5 to 20 seconds of extra times sometimes more staring at the card before pushing the button for the next card under 10 minutes I can only make 20/30 card wich is 1/2 the amount I can do by just going through the card browser.

Going through the forum I noticed a lot of people struggling with anki settings etc but I don't know what's my problem and why i'm loosing those extra seconds but the solution for me would be to have extra button in the browser to say to reschedule (not manually) the card for for the next due time.

Awkward english makes me writie more thanks for reading!
Any suggestion or solution or a single tought would be welcome.
I tried the go just in the browser on RTK decks and japaneseCoreplus deck and it's alwase faster!?

Go to your preferences and turn off the option to display "Days" on the buttons. That leaves you with only AGAIN, GOOD, EASY, VERY EASY.

I find that with the days showing I tend to over think when I should be reviewing the material again. The purpose of the Anki algorithm is to figure that out for me.

So, I either don't know it/forgot/struggled like hell to get it (AGAIN), had some difficulty or messed up the strokes in my mental drawing (GOOD), recalled with no effort whatsoever (EASY), or I know this one as well as my own name (VERY EASY).

Trust me, it will speed your reviews.

^ You're a genius. I do this so much, even getting the graphs open on my computer while I review to mentally find a compromise between daily review count and when I next want to see the card. That's all anki's job, I shouldn't be doing that! Thanks for the heads up.
