Nihonjin no Shiranai Nihongo Anki Deck - Nihonnub - 2012-04-26

Hey err'ybody,

I'm not sure where to post this, but I've made an Anki deck for the first episode of Nihonjin no Shiranai Nihongo using subs2srs. As a study resource of my own I planned on making decks from each episode... but if others are interested in using the decks, please let me know.

Thanks for doing this. The one problem I've encountered with subs2srs decks is that they're really long and can get tedious with so many reviews. I was thinking about creating specialized decks with lines from various episodes that concentrate on a central theme, or groups of vocabulary and expressions. What do you think?

With this deck, there are a few of the more tedious cards, as you put it, but I went through both the English and Japanese subs and tried to merge some cards together. Hopefully with that in mind, the cards will provide better context. The total card count for this 30 minute show is about 200 cards.

I think your idea is great. It would require much more work than simply throwing subs and video files into subs2srs and clicking "go", but in the end it'd likely be worth the effort.
