Custom Stylesheet for blocking stories (Firefox/Chrome) - sanitysama - 2012-04-25

Hello. I've written a simple script that helps me focus on stories when I'm reviewing kanji. This will turn all stories into a black box until they are hovered over.

Why do this? Because I have an overactive mind and find myself reading everything on a page; relevant or not. When I'm creating an imaginative story in my head, I require full concentration. Anything irrelevant on the page can break my concentration easily. Sometimes reading through too many stories will leave vivid blocks of imagery that only cloud my memory.

I found that it's been helping me concentrate a bit so I wanted to share it.

Installation: It requires an add-on called Stylish which is available for Firefox and Chrome.
1. Install Stylish for either Firefox or Chrome.
2. Click install on the script page: Reviewing the Kanji - Rollover Story Blocker
3. Hover over any story while studying kanji to reveal it. This script will only affect stories throughout the 'study' section of the site.
