The title page is in English, so that would be my guess. Why don't you get one with a Japanese title to be sure? There's one listed underneath with other similar books.

Snow Country [ペーパーバック] - naniwa - 2007-11-06
The version in "Exploring Japanese Literature" is actually another much shorter and quite different version to the widely available novel-length edition that was translated into English by Seidensticker.
I believe that Kawabata rewrote the story many times, so there are probably many different editions available in Japanese. If you want one of the Japanese versions, be sure to search under the original title, 雪国.
