I haven't seen a general link thread around here, so I'm starting one. This isn't meant as a thread of language learning links (we have one of those already), but rather general websites that you find interesting that happen to be in Japanese.
I'll go first.
2channeru and Futabachan. Two imageboards. One of them was the precursor to 4chan, but I can never seem to remember which one.
Fuji News Network Japanese video news, mostly domestic and east asia.
Yahoo! Kids Quiz Riddles and wordplays/puns in Japanese.

What about http://www.jmanga.com/ ? I subscribed one week ago. Most of the manga come with the english and japanese versions together. So first I read the japanese one, then I check the english translation. Useful and entertaining at the same time.
Especially since I'm not good enough yet to read newspaper articles and the likes...
