I don't know if anyone remembers but http://forum.koohii.com/showthread.php?tid=3918 .
Seems like Hexagon is down at the moment, but basically you could create groups and each group would get their own personal private torrent tracker.

Personally, I think sharing the torrents on something like nyaa.eu and then posting the links on a forum or something would work better though. More peers = Faster downloads.

This sounds like a great idea! But when I tried to set up Retroshare, it crashed before I could see my key, and then it just crashes everytime I try to launch it again. I'm using Mac OS 10.6...It could just be Anki sucking up memory again. I'll give it another try after I finish my reviews.

Oh, by the way, for the people looking for Japanese/non-English Disney songs, this forum is really useful for that kind of thing, though you need to sign up.

I've been thinking about this lately. I've spent a good amount of time finding and retiming subtitles and finding videos for subs2srs. I have some nice subs2srs decks that I would like to share. But most don't start with episode 1, which might not be ideal. I have nicely timed subs2srs decks for Zettai Kareshi episodes 5, 6, 8, 10, and 11, Death Note episode 1, and Q10 episodes 4 and 5. I don't think that English srt subs exist for Death Note, so I'm working on trying to get them from the my DVDs. Then I'll have some real nice subs2srs decks for the show.

Let me know if I should upload them now, or if I should wait to get subs2srs decks for the first episodes.
