Missing pages? - henrsand - 2012-01-02
I bought RTK1 and RTK2 some time ago and so far I have only been doing RTK1. The other day I opened RTK2 to see what it's about, and found that pages 3-18 (something like that) are missing! Anyone else have this? I'm at work so I cannot check which edition I have.
