ですから・・・なんか辞書で調べてたけど；
一荒れ ひとあれ burst of anger
だから・・・Ex: Mtg of 民主党 dudes, and they hate each other, so the mtg wont end until they punch each others faces in a 大荒れ!!
Am I right? im guessing...

something like:
Judging by this atmosphere, (the/this) meeting will end up in a fight.
perhaps more literally:
won't pass without (someone) having an outburst.
