Hello everybody,
I have an issue with anki on my ubuntu PC. I had Ubuntu 11.04 before and the problem happened often but it was acceptable, and now that I upgraded the system to 11.10, it's very annoying. Here it is : When I click "show the answer" while reviewing, sometimes it'll work fine, but quite often nothing apparently happens, the answer won't appear and actually the buttons "easy", "difficult", etc... will appear just when the cursor of the mouse passes by. Of course when I click one of them it goes to the following question without showing the answer, which of course is very annoying.
So I was wondering if anybody encountered the same kind of issue and could help me, because I love anki and so it's really too bad !
Some information on my system : Dell Inspiron 1520, intel core 2 Duo with an Nvidia GeForce 8600M GT graphics card.

I can't help you with your problem, but I believe the official stance is to keep anki support threads to the anki forum, so you might have better luck there. These threads tend to get locked.
