Question: 行こうねって ; 逃げてねって - ーてねって aux verb - jimbojones99 - 2011-09-26 Apologies if this is really basic, but I'm reading over a transcript of an interview for a friend and the phrases 行こうねって ; 逃げてねって crop up and I'm not sure what the ーてねって auxiliary verb is doing. From the context, I'm guessing it means encourage to do (x) or instill the idea of doing (x) in someone. Anyone care to explain? How would you interpret the sequence of action in this sentence "だからとにかく津波だから逃げてねって声をかけて、あと裏の人たちと一緒に山に逃げた。" Thanks in Advance!
