Starting my own deck. Question about English side. - stplush - 2011-07-09

I was wondering about English translation. Should I try to mimic Japanese word order or continue doing how KO2001 does it?

Probably doesn't make a difference, but I was wondering before I get started. Thanks.

To be honest, on some cards, I do both - JtMW (Japanese the Manga Way) sets it up that way. The more "literal" English translation is easier when you're getting used to it since it focuses on how the words translate. It's only if I'm having trouble with a particular grammar point or want to emphasize it.

I also generally include a more "normal-sounding" English translation to make sense to, er, normal people. Like myself.
