hello, hello, this is my first time here. I'm just starting to study the kanji, but I also wanted to start grammar, even to get familiar with it while stuying kanji. It seems that http://www.guidetojapanese.org/ is a great one but it is down. Is there any alternative?

(is this in the correct place?)

Yeh that's a great place to start... the other alternative is to download the giant grammar deck from the shared Anki decks (the 8,555 sentence one) based on these books http://www.whiterabbitpress.com/product.php?productid=16634&cat=0&page=6 You can suspend the whole thing and then unsuspend the cards as you read the books.

If you have an iPhone or iPod Touch (maybe also an iPad?), you can download all of Tae Kim as an app. That way if the website is ever down you can always use that.

On the site itself, there's also a link to a PDF version of the whole guide. If you download that onto your computer you could use that whenever the website is down.

Anyway, the website is working fine for me.

May I suggest you download Nukemarine's Anki deck on Tae Kim's grammar sentences via File > Download > Shared Anki Decks.

The website is working for me too.

Thank you. Actually Tzadeck is right, the site is down (I wish I had studied it all, but no, eheh), like, offline, I can't access it. First I thought it was the browser, or even the computer, but I tried different browsers and computers, and it's the same. Strange...
