I was wondering if anyone had anything like this that I could put on my galaxy tablet "don't have 3G/portable wifi". or if there's any other way to keep the top rated stories on here while i'm out and about?

Assuming you created/copied stories for all the cards you want to study, just export them to your pc. Clean them up a bit with a text editor and save them as a text file. Or, paste them into a spreadsheet program like Calc, then save as a pdf.

I didn't write all 2-3000 of the stories into flashcards, that's why i'm asking.

If you're using anki, there's already a deck that contains the top two stories in it. If you haven't gotten too far into RTK, you can try starting again with that. Although it's from a couple years back, I think. It might need an update.

I found one where the stories are hyper-linked, is that what you're referring to?
I haven't seen any with the stories saved into the file.
