Reviewing to the beat - rich_f - 2011-05-17
Just something I've noticed-- if I find a tune with the right kind of beat and get into a rhythm with it, (whacking the spacebar on 1 and 3 of course) for some reason I can just fly through reviews.
I find it helps me force myself to read more quickly and not lollygag when reviewing. (Which I am prone to do.)
The trick is to find a song that doesn't distract me too much from the content of my cards, and doesn't get me slamming the spacebar too fast out of reflex... because that doesn't really help much at all. XD
Of course, maybe I'm not reviewing any faster at all, maybe time just goes by faster because I like the music, and I review more cards because I force myself to keep reviewing as long as the music is playing. Heh, that's probably more plausible.
