This kind of message is a steady companion of mine when browsing youtube. It's sad because I think they're not really sincere about saying sorry. Oh well.

No, they really are sorry. They actually went through a list of every person on Earth outside UMG's approved region and actively felt remorse for every one of them in advance, long before you ever tried to view the video. I don't have to tell you, it was quite a task.
