I found this just while stumbling around the Sanseido dictionary page:

You highlight words you don't know, and then a popup comes up and you can search the word in various dictionaries on the sanseido site. I think it's a pretty nifty, and perhaps someone could copy this and make a monolingual faux-rikaichan?
