JLPT or JCAT? I doubt you'll find one to accurately measure the amount you know, unless you're willing to sit through 10,000 questions.

This was the thread where somebody posted a link to one, but the consensus was that the results were so inaccurate/unreliable as to make the test worthless, at least for the typical very small vocabulary of a second language learner.
