Thanks in advance.
OK, I tried to make it clearer. Generally when I want to learn a new skill I use it and it's never let me down yet.

I use these a lot too. Sometimes 指南 is another useful word for searching guides/tutorials and レビュー and 評価 for reviews.

Another Google tip: include a common particle like の or は to filter out Chinese search results that might otherwise share the same hanzi/kanji.

Whatever you search in English can be done in Japanese.

I don't care about "beginner level or intermediate level", I just read whatever I want.

Guys, If anyone of you is using chrome, then if you want intermediate level results, add this as your search engine:

I doubt it's good, from my experience it's much more effective to read material that is not light years away from my level.

If the material is at a normal difficulty, I am more comfortable and get more motivated to read more, rather than struggling through one high level article and reading next time in a few months, because of a feeling of disgust towards a information difficulty overload.

I've started to use it to figure out the slang I come across. "~~" + 意味 sort of helps. Also, Goo is pretty good, maybe. Check out: http://dictionary.goo.ne.jp/leaf/jn2/221163/m0u/%E3%82%84%E3%81%8C%E3%82%8B/

I don't think the Google reading level works for Japanese yet.

If you like the idea: http://forum.koohii.com/showthread.php?pid=85027#pid85027

On the second page, cb4960 has created and post the program jReadability, along w/ some lists of novel reading levels.

What do you google in Japanese? How? +tips + advice - usis35 - 2011-05-15

It is very useful in Google images, the "sort by subject" in the left hand panel.
Have you tried?

example: japanese

http://www.google.com/search?q=japanese&hl=en&biw=999&bih=543&tbm=isch&prmd=ivnsb&source=lnt&tbs=isg:to&sa=X&ei=PvLPTdzUIonY0QHEr4znDQ&ved=0CAcQpwUoAQ

The question is: how can I do this in http://www.google.co.jp/ ?

壁紙 + [word] seems to work, e.g 壁紙 自然, 壁紙 アニメ, etc.
