The way Stewie pronounced it is the way the "wh" digraph was originally pronounced in English (it is still pronounced that way in Scottish English, Irish English, Southern US English, and by some pedantic people from other regions). My Webster dictionary-thesaurus actually has [hw] as the correct pronunciation of wh-words.
