A source of sentences for a beginner - phyllobius - 2011-03-21

Hello,

I've used the search function but I must admit it wasn't a success.

I've done RTK1 and a bit of Tae kim and i'm searching for a source (on the www) of short japanese paragraphs that i can try to understand. If needed my interests are Budo, Video games, japanese culture in general.

Thanks for your help, and please forgive my ugly english

To be honest, textbooks are probably a good source for "beginner" paragraphs.
Maybe also check out core2k. It's just individual sentences though.

If you want some easy media, I recommend the Nintendo DS game Little Charo, as its one of the easiest things that I have come across.

If you want to read about certain topics, you could try just searching for them on google (in japanese of course) and then try to read some of the stuff that comes up with the help of Rikaichan.

I will stick to core 2K as it is the simplest for me by now. Seems that I should stick to Nukemarine's prose more seriously.
