Use the "Sticky Add Fields" plugin:

Quote:This plugin will add a checkbox to each field in the Add Card window. If a field's checkbox is checked, then that field is not cleared when the card is added to Anki. This facilitates adding a bunch of cards with the same property.

For example I personally wrote this plugin so that when adding a bunch of sentences from a particular book or website, I don't have to repeatedly type in the "Source" field.
