This thread is for asking Aijin questions about Japanese. It's for when the “What's this word/phrase?” thread just isn't good enough, and you really want to pour on the pressure for Aijin to help you. The “Ask Aijin!™” thread is not intended as a replacement for or addendum to the “Ask Magamo!™” thread and thus competition with and/or paying royalties to the magamo™ franchise is unnecessary.

I appreciate the thought, but everyone's probably better off just asking Magamo since he writes lengthier/more in-depth responses and more frequently than lil' old me.
