You mean text reader software? I've been using Smoopy (random screen shot and download) for Aozora Bunko formatted books on Windows, are you looking for something like that or...?

well technically i was looking for something i didnt have to download, but thanks for the link cause i found some good readers on there(the one you are using i cant use to due to it not working with my version of windows

I don't think there are any Japanese text reader web apps, at least none which I know of, but the downloadable ones should work just fine.^-^
